Welcome to YTC (Yimi's Travel Concierge). By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your relationship with us.
2. Services Overview
YTC provides premium travel concierge services for Lagos, Nigeria, including but not limited to:
- Airport pickup and drop-off services
- Accommodation recommendations and bookings
- Personalized itinerary planning
- Restaurant and activity reservations
- Private transportation and chauffeur services
- VIP experiences and special occasion planning
3. Consultation Fee
A non-refundable consultation fee of $30 USD / £20 GBP / ₦40,000 NGN applies to all initial trip planning requests. This fee covers the time and expertise required to craft your personalized Lagos experience plan.
Important: The consultation fee is fully refundable if you proceed to book any of our travel packages with YTC.
4. Bookings and Payments
4.1 Deposit Requirements
A deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit amount varies by package and will be clearly communicated during the planning process.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers, USD, and Naira payments. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your itinerary.
4.3 Final Payment
The balance of your package must be paid in full before your arrival date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Consultation Fee Refund
As stated above, your consultation fee is refundable only if you proceed with booking a YTC package.
5.2 Package Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking: Full refund of deposit (excluding consultation fee)
- Cancellations made after 72 hours but before 7 days: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 7 days or more after booking: No refund of deposit
5.3 Force Majeure
YTC is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for trip planning
- Communicate any changes to your travel plans promptly
- Adhere to local laws and regulations during your stay
- Treat YTC staff and partners with respect
- Pay all agreed fees on time
7. Limitation of Liability
YTC acts as a concierge service and facilitates bookings with third-party vendors. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:
- Third-party service failures or quality issues
- Travel delays or cancellations by airlines or transportation providers
- Personal injury, loss, or damage during your trip
- Force majeure events affecting your travel
8. Privacy and Data
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
9. Modifications to Terms
YTC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law
